Do you allow refunds?

Due to the digital nature of our products, no refunds are allowed. You must choose a machine format for embroidery designs, so carefully choose the correct one. Sometimes stuff happens in cyberspace! Should you receive a damaged file, please contact me with the date purchased and your name, and I will gladly replace it.

How long do I have to download my designs?

Once your purchase is completed through PayPal, your designs are deposited into your account. There is no time limit for downloading. You can retrieve your designs at any time by logging into your account.

What if I don't have a PayPal account? Can I still pay by credit card?

Yes you can! While I use PayPal as my payment processor, you do not have to have a PayPal account. Just click through to PayPal and choose pay by credit card. Then follow the prompts to enter your credit card information.

Why do I have to log in to my account to download freebies?

I track free downloads as a reference to gauge the popularity of the design.

Help, I can't remember my password!

No problem! At the login screen, please enter your email address and click enter. You will receive an email containing a link to create a new password.

Can I sell items I've made with your designs?

Yes, you can purchase designs and sell up to 200 items with any one design. If you would like to sell more, please email me using the contact form at the right. You will need a special license for additional quantities. If you are planning on any type of commercial distribution, a contract will be required.

How much do you charge for quilting?

It depends! Email me using the contact form at the right. Include your name and phone number and let’s talk about it!

Where do you find your art work?

In addition to creating my own art work, I purchase art work from several different artists. Please see the Art Work Credit page for all of these. Also, please be aware that an artist creates some sets that are called “limited” (6-8 people may purchase these, depending on the artist) or “exclusive” (only 1 sets is sold) sets. If you see another digitizer with the same designs, you will know why. Digitizers purchase the art work and then digitize in their own style. They may look similar but they are not exact due to the digitizer’s style!
